The formation of wrinkles and expression lines is normally caused by a loss of skin firmness and elasticity, generally induced by chronological aging or photo-aging. In mature skin there is a lack of efficiency of the fibroblast metabolism, which produces micro-fibrils at a lower rate.
 
CRUOX® is bio-liquified wheat bran that acts on wrinkles. The enzymatic Bioliquefaction that Phenbiox applies is able to cut polymeric structures at a molecular level, releasing the high content of arabionxylans and biophenols, mostly ferulic acid, present in wheat bran into the water phase, that are generally not bioavailable. CRUOX is due to this unique complex and the high bio-availability able to reactivate the micro-fibril synthesis in order to plump-up wrinkles from within. 
 
CRUOX® has also been clinically tested in this regard and the active demonstrated its ability to increase the skin elasticity working on the lower layers of the skin, thanks to the activation of fibril synthesis. This has also a positive effect on skin appearance causing wrinkles to be significantly reduced.
