Using stem cell technology, this valuable extract can be produced sustainably, and it contains a particularly high concentration of phenolic compounds. Its chemical composition is characterized by a content of over 60% caffeic acid derivatives, which include, in particular, rosmarinic acid and chlorogenic acid.
