Lecithin acts as a protective coating around the gum particles, preventing agglomeration and ensuring smooth, homogeneous dispersion. As a result, Siligel™ SF disperses easily in tempered water without pre-dispersion and with a wide range of stirring tools, simplifying formulation and saving valuable processing time. 
 
It can be incorporated into formulations using either cold or hot processes and added at different stages of manufacturing to adjust viscosity or sensory properties, offering maximum formulation flexibility while saving time and energy.
